THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS, the provocative and wickedly funny
theatrical adaptation of the C.S. Lewis novel about spiritual
warfare from a demon’s point of view, recently celebrated its 100th
performance and due to popular demand is now in an open run at the
Westside Theatre, 407 West 43rd Street, New York.
“We are delighted by the way New York audiences have embraced C.S.
Lewis’ The Screwtape Letters,” says Executive Producer Ken Dension.
“They have been incredible. We anticipate being here for quite
some time so everyone can see this wonderful piece of theater.”
The New York Times raved that “The Devil has rarely been given
his due more perceptively and eruditely”. “A Profound Experience!”
says Christianity Today. One group leader recently said, “It is
fascinating to spend an evening with the devil!”
Beginning September 6, the performance schedule for THE SCREWTAPE
LETTERS is as follows: Mondays at 8pm; Wednesday Matinee at 2pm;
Thursdays and Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 4pm and 8pm and Sundays
at 3pm and 7pm. Day-Of, Student Rush Tickets are available for $27,
cash only, at the Box Office. Valid ID must be presented. As of
August 1, Individual Tickets are $75 each with premium tickets set
at $95. Furthermore, beginning September 6 we have fantastic groups

"All in Plato" C.S. Lewis' Theory of Myth
(by Adam Barkman). There

on what CSL thought about some "Shakespearian Authorities" (by Dale

Lewis has exploded with the success of the movie of The Lion,
the Witch and the Wardrobe in 2005. The next Narnia movie,
Voyage of the Dawn Treader, is scheduled for a 2010 release. |
